Hmmm,
I wonder if BOC are aware - puts a whole different perspective on the event - and would require it to be run under MSA competition regs I believe.

Agree - its poor use of English! I read it that you would be given a Time to be on the start line as in 10.10am etc. Easy to misunderstand/get wrong as for a Hillclimb competition Meeting the meaning is for a competitive Timed Run!!  I have booked two runs  hopefully NOT Timed! As in against the clock
