Not brave enough to write anything so I will CHICKEN OUT.  Have you seen the item on the news about KFC running out of chicken? One of those stories that you would struggle to make up! The problem seems to have resulted from a new supply contract. However, as a regular TM contributor, all I have seen is the opportunity for a pun or two! I’ll start. Foul play is being ruled out. Over to you chaps!

Probably one for the Monday humour thread, but fits here equally well.
Poached (sorry!) from another car forum:
Man was cruising down the M1 at 70 mph. All of a sudden was overtaken by a chicken. Thought, "can't have that" so increased speed to 80mph and overtook the chicken. Minutes later the chicken shot past him again so he increased speed to 90 mph to catch the chicken up again. Chicken overtook him once again, then left the motorway at a slip road.
Driver thought "that was amazing, must see where the chicken goes", so followed him off the motorway.
Driver followed chicken to a farm and spoke to the farmer. He told the farmer what he had seen. "Ah yes" said the farmer, "must have been one of the three legged chickens I have been breeding for KFC". "Great idea" said the driver "what do they taste like?"
Don't know" said the farmer, "I haven't caught one yet".

From a delivery contract point of view, KFC should learn not to put all their eggs in one basket.
