All, Just wondering if there are any people planning to go this year? I have never been and think its either now or never! The feedback seems to be its a bit more "refined" than the "normal" Le Mans. Thanks T

Hi, This year will be the second time for me. I suggest you get in touch with Quentin English, he may just have some rooms left. I can highly recommend Vinmog and you will have a fantastic time I'm sure. Peter

Yes, Peter is correct on both counts. VinMog started taking bookings last year for the 2018 Classic with 128 rooms available - and there are now less than ten left unsold. You can see what they offer at www.vinmog.fr - or PM to me. The VinMog prices are significantly better than many others - this is because they are a French association registered according to the 'Law of 1901' as a 'not-for-profit' association - so the whole organising team are unpaid volunteers, Quentin

Yes, my son and I are bringing the 4/4 and staying at Hotel Arbor (next to the Mulsanne Straight) - thanks Quentin!
We are looking forward to meeting TMers and Vinmoggers.

This will be our first year, booked into the Commerce hotel with Vinmog. Really looking forward to it.

VinMog are happy to provide hotel rooms and event tickets for any one - providing they are VinMog members - though the EUR10.00/GBP9.00 per person annual subscription should not be a deal breaker.
If you have an acceptable classic car they can work out where you can park within the clubs space inside the circuit - otherwise it is the modern car park outside the circuit at an extra cost,
As well as the hotel rooms mentioned in my last email, VinMog also has a few pitches available in one of the ACO camping sites at the circuit - and if you prefer to arrange your own accommodation and Channel crossing they can provide tickets only - with full weekend tickets, paddock passes and good grandstand seats at a price which for two people in one car is around GBP100 cheaper than some of the other offerings - and also includes the facilities of their marquee at the circuit including cheese and wine lunch on Sunday, which are all without extra charge.
PM me for more information.
Quentin
