Personally, I loathe the "magic of modern marketing". Instead of bribing potential customers with trinkets intended to swaddle the ego in a luxurious feeling of superiority to the masses, Morgan should simply concentrate on building a car that's fun to own and drive. That is their true heritage.
regards, Phil

do you think that at 100k Morgan prices are becoming too high relative to other cars? You can spec a 911 for 100k or a V10 R8 for not a lot more. From £107,500 plus local taxes , so presume that's excluding VAT .... For me, I must say the car looks fantastic, and is probably the only Morgan I would consider relinquishing the ARP4 for. But the price!! If that really is £107,500 plus taxes then that is very steep in the UK. Perhaps to overseas buyers with Euro or USD it seems better. Going to look at the pics again and dream.....

Hopefully the bit of MMC11 isnt a section of an old exhaust.. How many watches does one need ? If you have to ask you really don't understand

Oh if only MMC could source some decent Rover V8 engines for a proper nostalgia car..... Land Rover buys Series 1 in bad shape and rebuild them to neary new cars (Series 1 reborn). And sell them for big money. https://www.carmagazine.co.uk/car-news/f...eborn-revealed/MMC could do the same with +8 and +4.

Morgans at anything like the asking price are, in my opinion, completely out of order; certainly for my budget. And the blue version doesn't even have a hood!
I know I am a wimp and even put the hood up on my plus 8 if it rains. Anyone can get wet!
I am glad that the MMC has managed to post their best ever financial results and hopefully it continues, but I am constantly surprised, when I look at what new Morgans, all of them, costs these days, compared to other sports cars.
I will stick with my older Plus 8 (1997) which looks like is worth more now than what I paid for it. I like that!

Snap,!!! The ARP4 is another I really liked. I don’t have an issue with the asking prices, Morgan do still make cars available at the price of Golf GTI and if there’s a market for £100k cars, then why not cater for that as well? All cars are a waste of money really, a Dacia Sandero at £6k would do everything I need, but you don’t get a free watch and what would you do with the other £96k?
