Blimey Ric that's impressive. And yes the winter is best spent planning summer adventures. Have just discovered your blog and will alert a couple of mates to it. I also note that you make good use of the overnight car trains in Europe. They're an excellent service.

I use www.myrouteapp.com which I find pretty good once you are used to it. I can then transfer the routes to my TomTom Rider for the 3-Wheeler or my my other TomTom in the Aero. It works well on my PC, Mac and iPad.

I have used the train once before. It’s great for covering a good distance while you sleep. I would be struggling for time without it.

Really looking forward to the Jungfrau-Treffen having not been able to join you the last couple of years. Hopefully the weather will be fine this year.

Hi Ric,

Looks like you will be passing quite close to where I live, so if you want to meet up or fancy a stopover let me know.

I'm about 20 mins to the West of Cahors.

Colin.

As soon as I saw this I was spurred to organise 2000 miles through Normandy and Brittany in May/June (in the hope that we do not get D Day weather). Thank you for giving me the incentive.
