Hi everyone, recently i have had requests to find or locate colours for your Morgans, apologies in advance, originally opening my General Paint UK link in my Avatar would allow you to search for colours, however a few month ago we had the Web site updated and this feature was eliminated.

I have now entered the link address to the Factory colour Lab and directly onto the Data Base, simply:-

click on the Link
press "color" button
look to right for "color tab" and press

this should open the main screen search where you can enter your:-

Car make
colour code

or

colour description.

Now as i have explained to many, here lies the problem, most Paint Manufacturers use an international code, M.M.C use ICI codes that are unique to ICI, then M.M.C change that code to their own personal reference,

eg ICI p339 = 0039

This means from a standard data base like ours Morgan colours are impossible to find, there are a few colours recorded for Morgan, simply type MORGAN in the "manufacturers" space bar, make sure there is no other space bars filled, then press the small tele screen, this should bring up several Morgan colours.

As for BS, RAL or Fleet, simply type either of these into the "Manufacturers" space Bar and it should bring you a full Library of the individual range.

BS = British Standard Colours
R.A.L = Standard colours for Germany/Europe
Fleet = Standard Colours for Major Fleet, ie Tesco-BT= UPS etc etc.

Try it out, if your struggling give me a quick PM and i will assist.

PS: please note your Morgan may be new, but if the colour is more than 25years of age, some manufacturers will delete it from their data base due to the fact of consumption of that colour/data space, there are more than 90,000 colours available on present day data base.

Hope this helps
