Northern Lights over Sullom Voe Oil terminal
There's an old dictum that says that the best camera is the one you have with you...this one was taken on the phone cam, so, while it's never going to get printed and hung on a wall, it's not too shabby under the circumstances.
Not at all shabby, something I would love to see.

It's still nowhere near as watchable as Fantomworks.
I've been watching 'Narrow Boat'. Essentially this is quite dull viewing, but at certain points some tools emerge and the craftsmanship is utterly astonishing. So its F/F through the dull bits and mouth open through the craftsman bits.
If you like DIY its worth a punt................

After watching the Goodwood Members Meeting which was brilliant despite the weather, TG just seemed a waste of electricity. There must be a presenter of the calibre of the late lamented Henry Hope-Frost out there, someone who is a genuine enthusiast and also knows his stuff but is able to put it over in a sensible manner without all the silly remarks.
Here for a good time not a long time!! Reg

Well this evening I discovered on the "travel" channel 42 freeview the Shed and Buried program, infact a run of three of them and really enjoyed them. I'm probably the last person on the planet to discover this .

Am a big fan of Shed and Buried.
It's such a simple format - but simply works!
If you you love to see old/ knackered bits and bobs rummaged through in a shed and then fixed back to working condition do give it a go.
Henry Cole is quite a character and Sam is v knowledgeable.
They are mainly into Bikes - bit lots of othe intersting items crop up.

+1 for Shed and Buried.
In a world where many people who appear on TV, seem to try to present themselves as being “cool”; I enjoy the humour and scruffy nature of Henry and Sam. I also really enjoy the diversity of what they end up buying, getting running again, then attempting to sell.

I'm probably the last person on the planet to discover this . Maybe, one of the advantages of living in Stoke Fleming? For those that are not familiar with Devon; Richard lives in a glorious part of the county!

+ Another for Shed and Buried Watch out for some of Henry's travel programmes, too. Honestly..? I think he's the most boring bloke around..!! He's got an annoying way to his voice, and needs a fall guy all the time. He also rips his mates off when he sells.. I know it's all staged and rehearsed, and it's better than East Enders, but he does irritate me. I've spoken with him briefly at a show, and he was constantly looking over my shoulder to see who's watching him in case they were more important. That may reflect more on me, though..!! Still, good luck to the lad...even if he does irritate me...
