I know I should probably leave the sleeping dog lie, but I do have to say something about this thread. Now with mine, 51 posts about PLUG WIRES, really? What am I missing? Let the crap commence upon me...

Indeed. As soon as we can get our beasties back on the road we'll be too busy for little items. We'll be too busy driving on the roads and feeling every crack, frost heave and pot hole that arose during the cold times. Then scouring for parts online to replace whatever unfortunate thing broke or fell off during a run...
What's your mileage? Who cares. Is it practical? See #1. What happens when it rains? You get wet.

I emailed the guys at Magnecor UK on sunday For a set of blue wires. But i haven’t got a reply from them yet. It’s been a few days now. Do they ship to the states?

I hope so. I also just applied a bit of thread loctite on the spark plugs to keep the caps from coming loose

Isn't there a danger using loctite to hold the plug caps on you will potentially insulate them?
Far better to nip them with pliers and get a clean metal to metal join.
