I reduced mine to 3 but am thinking of doing away with the whole lot. It would declutter the front of the car.

Two when I bought the car second hand, then got one more. Finally took them all off, much better now - in my opinion. Depends on what look you are after. My car was immaculate, extremely well kept and tastefully spec'ed. Looks a bit aristocratic in appearance. I wanted to keep that, so I stripped it of all badges, bonnet strap etc. to keep it is as "clean" as possible. If I wanted a more rugged, well used, sporty travellers look, I would go for both badges and strap. Max five I think, otherwise it would be too crowded. Robbie Sherwood green 2004 V6 Roadster

It's kind of an 'era' thing, isn't it..? A decade ago, people were badging up readily, but I hear more nays than yays these days.
The badges should always mean something though, and not just a fashion item. Car clubs, events the car's been to and competitions, that sort of thing. Anything else is just frippery, but everyone to their own & God Bless 'em.

Agreed... We have 3. 1: LogMog because that is where we are. 2: 50th Anniversary of the Plus 8, because we have one.Next year it will be retired and replaced by Dad's BP Car Club Badge because Dad would have loved the car... 3: Morgan Ireland, because the Co-pilot is from Ireland and I know better than to argue...

It’s an old mans thing, but many old men drive Morgan’s.

.. My theory is it's so that they don't forget where they have been .. I've only ever seen one badge that I would fit and that's now unobtainable I believe. It was an absolute replica of a Classic Morgan radiator with I think a very small e on the top of it, it really was a beauty.

Think I should consider the DaveW "lowline" presentation format and remove the actual bar.

For me an uneven number, but not to much. For me at the moment MSCCH 25 years, with "working headlights", so semipermanent, Run for the Hills as we attended this last year and Morgan Historic Register, same reason. The latter two are changed from time to time, e.g. Sun Sea Sex and Sound when we drive off to Italy, or a local MSCC badge when we visit that part of the UK. Unfortunately just the part of the Netherlands I'm living in hasn't have its own badge, but I hope it's just a matter of time....!
