Yes. A run to the factory then down to Cheltenham to visit Mother in her new Care Home.

How lucky I am. Had a pleasant sunny afternoon trip to Uxbridge in Merlin to collect this exceedingly precise mill/drill from its maker. It’s even painted British racing green to match the Morgan. The mill will soon be used to make a very special kind of experimental dental bur. Merlin goes off for his MOT tomorrow and some trim work on the doors at Alon White, to cut down on the drafts for Cecily (and me).  Tim

A pleasant trip to Calke Abbey NT to test the walk that I have arranged for DonMog on Wednesday. Saw 5 Model A Fords - you don't see one for ages then 5v come along at once.

Wen and I met up with Dave W and Margaret at a local caff for a cuppa and catch up and then retraced their steps back to Bowness to the boat chandlery to get some bits for the Enterprise. As it was right by the ferry it seemed in,y right to cross over Windermere and drive home via Hawkshead 🤓. Glorious day for it.

Nice one. Fan/Accessory belt broke on the way to Malvern today. Tools at home in garage, car at MMC. Thanks to the chaps in the service dept, I completed a tour without showing greasy paws
