I have been told that corroding rear brake cylinders are a well known problem!It seems a little bit to be like a lottery what quality you get.
I have got new rear cylinders last year. They were sticking..

If it's consistent it should be easily identified via a brake efficiency test.

I would say it's more likely to be a delaminated nearside Caparo front pad - I had identical symptoms on my 2 year old Sport.
Stripped them out and replaced with new - good as new.
Just take the wheel off it will be quite obvious once you remove the pad it will be in two pieces the friction material from the steel backing plate and an easy job to do.
If the dealer is close let him take the warranty claim.
I had the same problem with my 6 month old 4/4 Morgan replaced it under protest saying I was to "fastidious" and they were under no obligation to fix it - really... Caparo initially responded then went very quiet and would not respond to my inquiry. No wonder they went broke.

That's a pretty shocking attitude they struck there - not much to do with fastidiousness personal safety ! It was a first for me in 50 years of motoring, just poor quality I thought.

After checking everything without founding anything, i have swap the brake pad of the Caparo left hand to right and vice-versa with a good disk cleaning and oh suprise the car now pulls to the left !
So it really looks like an invisible pad contamination with the grease of the king-pin. Not an issue the dealer directly propose to take an appointment to replace the pad under warranty.
Good service and happy customer... And my god this clubsport remap really change the plus4 GDI !
