The front grill looks like a "cheap" PS.
I was not able to find source/other images.

Is that a US License plate?
Didn't think these cars were exported to the USA, or am I wrong?
It does look like a SS that someone has tried to "improve" with a nose job.....perhaps after a minor impact?

I read it was possibile to register them with a "display plate" (very few miles allowed per year, maybe 500 cannot remind).
To me the nose job still look like a PS job (look at the bottom end of the nose)

I thought the supersport had been cleared for sale in the US? I guess it might have been on a limited use plate as you outline.
Everyone loves a Morgan. Even me, unless it's broken again.

I noticed a 2011 cream SS also on his F/B site with similar reflectors/indicators inset in the wing just aft of the front wheel and the rears as if they are homologated or whatever applies over there. 262miles ex LA show car. Posted on his site 02/06/18. https://www.facebook.com/MorganWestSantaMonica/I think Alistair maybe right they can sell them over there. ps. Love the two tone blue one.

In most states in the US you do not need front number plates. I am guessing that the black cross bar which is there to mount it looks a little blocky without the plate on and so the owner has made up the toothy radiator to tidy it up. We always have plates on ours so don't have the same issue.
Everyone loves a Morgan. Even me, unless it's broken again.
