Watched the Brazil vs Switzerland game tonight in a packed bar in Manchester with a load of Brazilians before a Legendry Brazilian Jazz percussionist called Airton Moreira (played on Miles Davis’ album Bitches Brew) with a full Brazilian fusion band joyously took to the stage and treated us to a fabulous late nights entertainment

Never watch either of them I'd rather cut the grass it's more interesting. I'm with you on this Rich, I simply don't understand why the media considers football to be so important that it dominates the TV and newspapers. I have no interest, at all.

Me too - looking foward to the the mighty Wolverhampton Wanderers being back in the Premiership next season, along with cricket and tennis. On the otherhand I have no interest in motor bikes or Formula 1 which others on this site seem to get very excited about!! We're all different!
