Haven't cut mine for over 2 weeks. Ruddy clover doesn't seem to have slowed its growth much though

You must be drier up there than we are - no one switched the clover off down here either, a little carpet of white but the bees seem to like it

You must be drier up there than we are - no one switched the clover off down here either, a little carpet of white but the bees seem to like it Richard. I don’t have any clover on my lawn. Must be because I’m watching the footie, rather than spending time gardening.

Must be because I’m watching the footie, rather than spending time gardening. Simon - I reckon it must be because you cut it like a football pitch with all the intricate hatching and very short

On a very serious note Bookers Wholesalers are only allowing the trade to take 10 cases of beer and 5 cases of lager/coke drinks per order due to the Europe wide shortage of CO2. Surely they could plumb an older offending car into the system somewhere ... Note for the Green Warriors that was an attempt at a joke  .

I love it mate, all the time I was working I did but when I retired I felt guilty so took on the harness and damn it I quite enjoy the grass bit of it, I even do a neighbours as she is unable to manage it these days. An ulterior motive of course as it provides me with lots more grass to watch growing during the Football and Olympics ..

Such a shame to see Germany go out....Seriously though it would of been better if they'd stayed in and then we could of gone out on penalties again  You can guys can go back to the gardening thread, sorry for the interruption.
