Gardening jeans with a bent arse rivet. I took the precation of throwing a sheet over, but it had slipped off unnoticed and as I got out there was a dadadadadadada noise, as it dug into the leather. Luckily it was low down. When I stopped the self flagellation, and found a repair kit - all was well, it's barely visible and looks like a crease.
That rivet no longer exists.
