Def an Indian repro, total cr*p, have a look on eBay, loads for sale there all Indian.
Just return and get a refund..

I don’t think the quality of the genuine ones has been all that brilliant but I do feel that this is a probably an Indian copy as Brian said - EBay seems to list a few

The more I looked at this one the worse it looked, it has even been cast with the M. and N having bent legs.

Thanks for your replies everyone, I have emailed the supplier here to request a full refund. I was so disappointed that I had not even noticed that it has been cast with bent legs on both the M & N as well.
Cheers John John, This didn't come from Morgan Cars Australia surely... Sadly it did, incredibly disappointing. The springs at least look good and have the correct 4 seater 4 leaf code stenciled on them, as shown in Dave’s excellent article on replacing them.
