It looks awesome and not even on the plane, can you imagine the noise and vibration at 310 mph what a hero. I like to think Donald and his mechanic Leo are looking down very proud at the moment.

I hope she does the show circuits and demo runs now and again after testing,somehow i dont think she is just going to be left in the ruskin to gather dust too much work has gone into it. Some might even say does Coniston deserve her after all the backroom palava over the last ten years. The boys who re built her and BLuebIrd K7 deserve better.

Richard, thanks for the vid link and photo.
Please keep us up to date on further progress.
Great to see things running again after all these years. Despite only being 8 or 9 y.o. on that fateful day on Coniston Water it did leave a lasting effect on me.
