Inspirational? Really?
Having been to Russia the standard of driving is incredibly poor (indeed, I almost died in a car crash, which was interesting to say the least).
They do strange things like being taught to change lanes incredibly quickly (basically just swerving), which reduces the margin of error to 0 in that video, which is madness. You can see this happen several times, especially at about 5:15 you can see him almost get squeezed by the truck.
I also wouldn't want to be pulled by the police in Russia, they're pretty terrifying...

If you look very closely at around 5:17 you will see him being overtaken by a grey haired old man in a 4/4 Sport.

I've seen worse on the Peripherique, been passed both sides simultaneously by a pair of wheelie-ing Parisian bikers travelling at Warp speed, made my day - but then I was a bit of a 2 wheel hooligan in my youth
