That's a shame, the Aero's in having the head unit and speakers replaced. Enjoy the day.

After replacing the original Avon ZZ3s with new Michelin Pilot Sport 4 S tyres, gently scrubbing them in for 100 miles I have just returned from some spirited driving on some regularly driven roads.

The difference in dry grip, feel and accuracy is as night and day. I now feel that I'm more in control of the car and know what it is doing than was ever the case with the ZZ3s.

Time for a bit of Car Limits training I think!

Thought you'd like them woohoo

PS4S vs Conti

Wet weather absolutely no comparison. Fabulous grip which has given me alot of confidence driving the car in the wet. Even drove a few days earlier this year in the snow, carefully of course but with no issues whatsoever.

In the dry, rather than rear wheels spinning and finally getting grip they start to grip immediately with the LSD kicking in, really can feel the outside wheel gripping the road. Car feels better in the corners with less front end movement, tail out is still there but far less than before.

I'm no expert but I can honestly say despite all the mods and upgrades I have done to any car I have owned, these tyres have made the biggest difference to the driving feeling and experience.

Just hope they last longer than the 11k, I got out of the Conti's (currently 10k so far & still feeling good) as they are a little bit expensive..

They cost me £708.72 fitted and balanced. I'd seen prices of over £1000....
My son did all the leg work and pricing negotiation so I paid 50% of his his 4 PS4s, only £455, so we are both happy.

Google Carlimits, I think there is one day left this year, they also do 4:1 training days, which are more expensive (about 200 quid) but are very good value as you are driving for the full day.
Lotus on Track also use their facilities for a similar day, so would be worth checking their site too.
I did wonder if there was enough interest whether we could arrange a Morgan day there, we'd probably need circa 20 cars.

Thanks Gareth,

A Morgan only day would be fantastic - I would definitely be up for that!
