Very hard to.make money out of magazines but I once met the guy who started Real Classic, a bike mag. He did so by cutting out the was distribution margin.

Hello chaps. Quick update; We signed off on issue one last night and sent it to the printer. It will be distributed in the next few weeks. I am looking forward to the feedback!
