SatNag ordered something, it came via Yodel. Two 'left in a safe place' cards, both different tracking numbers. Found the parcel eventually in a shelter in the garden, however Yodel said they delivered it to a house 2 doors away.

Our Parcel Force man has a cunning plan. He doesn't knock, just leaves a card, then drops everything at the local Post Office, who know about it, and do nothing.............
The last parcel, which was big and heavy, he didn't even use the letterbox for the card, he left it on the front step.............
So I had to lug the parcel from the post office......something the size and weight of a car prop shaft...............Not happy, but get the wrong side of these people and who knows where your stuff will go..........

Well they delivered on Sunday the to be signed for package by dumping it in the front garden.
Consistently bad.

We got so hacked off with certain of the delivery people and installed a cheap CCTV system to monitor the front and rear of the house. It has caught a surprising number of things.
Bin men deliberately swapping bins around.
Neighbours kids doing naughty things.
Lots of people leaving dog do-do on the pavement.
Everyone loves a Morgan. Even me, unless it's broken again.

This will teach me to sign the praises of Yodel, I have been in all day awaiting a delivery but all to no avail. The tracking site doesn't say anything worthwhile and the only 'phone number I could find wanted me to pay £6.00 for the privilege of trying to find out where my delivery is.
I do feel very helpless in the face of soulless tech.
Lesson for me, shop locally!!!

They normally offer to deliver up to 8pm. When it does not arrive then they claim they tried earlier and you were not in. Then they update the tracking with some blather.
Best thing to do is slap them on twitter as they usually respond then.
