Yep agreed, earthing point mucky somewhere, so it's pulling neutral via another route with too much resistance to fully power up hungry items like main beam or horn which take a lot of amps

Fixed it, was the earth wire from the headlight, so added an earth extension to the inner wing and now working.
Needed a new indicator stalk as the horn push has failed.
