The day I'm going on is called an activity day all sorts of cars there, £50 for the day, you just need to book with Carlimits.

Hi Gareth, Unfortunately my Aero has developed a few faults on my trip to the Malverns so it is in with the dealer mid October for repairs/investigative work! If you are looking at doing something next year (spring/summer) I will still be up for it, and hopefully the Aero will be fixed!  Nick

Simon, Nothing to serious but unfortunately items that need to be working to drive it (safely!). I also have a slight noise from the steering which might be costly considering mine has the fully original setup..

Simon hall now has replacement parts for the original power steering setup, which, considering the grief I had with my two cars, may may well be worth retaining!

No worries Nick, hope you get it sorted, I do 3-4 of these days a year, so will let you know when the next one is planned. I had a set of mintex 1144 pads fitted yesterday, lots more bite, am looking forward to trying them out in anger at North Weald.
