Do your steering column switches fulfill all functions of the original ones? I remember that at Morgan Park in Hamburg there were also better looking alternatives. But some functions were no longer active. For example the interval switch and the different time settings.

I am still working on the wiper switch. Keeping a classic tiny style, it is not possible to keep the variable interval-set potentiometer inside the stalk. It has to be outsourced, or dropped at all. It is a question whether the variable interval-set is really essential.
But as mentioned, still working on it.
No doubts there might be better looking alternatives - it's a question of personal taste and limits of machinery available. If no limits, You can do anything.
It is a kind of sport for me, maybe a challenge? But definitely, I want get rid of the originals.

If the once function of the wiper is maintained, and also the washing setting then your design would be a very good thing. The time change of the interval circuit could actually be installed somewhere else. Or you agree on a middle value and forget about it. That would be also a very good solution concerning the win of style.

Hello,

would like to add a comment to our Morgan Park stalk switches. It is not correct that our wiper stalk switch doesn`t fullfills all functions. For the intermittent wiping we offer a seperate switch
to the stalk switches. This one is made out of the old wiper switch and can easily be fitted later. When this extra switch is fitted our stalk switches do offer all the same functions as the original Land Rover stalk switches do. So what Heinz from Cologne states is not fully correct....

Sorry Frank, it was not my intention to criticize or put your product in a bad light. I didn't know that the additional features could be outsourced. I only saw that the windshield wiper levers didn't show this function anymore. Therefore I apologize again.

Good morning Heinz,

no I don`t see it as criticism. I just wanted to point out that the intermittent wiping is possible with our switches. So all fine.
Have a nice day

Now that looks very neat, I would have that in blink (not bothered about intermittent wipers at all...never used).

I know TVR's have had the same concern, standard VM sourced wipers fitted from new (from the Ford parts bin - I believe?), however a company called Leven started producing bespoke stalks.

Now, if you HAVEN'T got a TVR with Leven kit - you are in the minority!

Get them in production notworthy
