My washertube under the dasboard is broken again after 4 years.
I remeber that a siliconetube was used last time. Now it seems to have again a puncture (I have water on the screen and under the dashboard mad

Does somebody know the dimensions of the tube i need? So I can search for a bette quality tube?

Thank you in advance!

Standard screen washer tube available from Halfords or on line. 3.0 mm id. Probably nylon.

Neoprene is the tube to go for - Virtually everlasting and obtainable at aeromodellers shops, described as fuel tube it is approx 1/8 in diameter. The original black rubber tubing fitted to my 4/4 2008 sometimes described as liquorice elsewhere on this forum is simply not fit for purpose, it perishes very quickly.

For the tee piece to the jets use this. For the bottle to the tee piece use this.

It should be available from Amazon Germany.

Try the softer more flexible silicon tubing. It was on my car already and shows no signs of deterioration.
You may be able to get anti bacterial versions too. I bought some for machines in work to help with bacterial problems in cellulose paste pumping systems.

It is done!
Both small (black, soft) tubes to the jets where splittet at the tee piece. As suggested I had a look at the tee piece -it was OK.

I used some fueltubes with lining outside. I used a tube with 3mm diameter. This tube is suitable for E10 fuel so I hope it will last longer!

Thank you again to all for your help! cheers
