Send to new owner and keep copies. I am thrilled to have the papers for my car, which happens to show it was first registered on my birthday.
I totally agree - My R100 Lever Arch file is stuffed to bursting.
My last home had every piece of paper since the Lord of the Manor gave the land to the council, house plans, the lot.
This house gave nothing and it is so frustrating.
