Try Blockley tyres - they do tubes - but also have their own tyres done to a very high spec. and look the right "period". Very reasonably priced and hard-wearing.Worth a look. I have them on my 4/4 and am very pleased with performance and wear.

Hi Everyone,

Fortunately, I live near Paul Harris who speedily sorts me out.

My first flat was due to a manufacturing fault in the tube itself, a small raised nodule which had rubbed on the tyre inner

Interestingly, though my rims are for tubeless, with silicone sealing on the spoke ends, there is a label on the rim inner stating tubes must be used. We concluded a change in regs necessitated tubes

I now carry a spare tube and spare tubeless valve for belt and braces use.

Hope this is useful.

Regards

Geof
