Effectively undriven. I wonder whether it has the usual mechanical and structural upgrades.

It looks like it was delivered, driven a little and then not touched again. It doesn't even have the steering "Comfort Kit", I would think it lacks all the other essential upgrades as well like the chassis brace, Centa and steel sprocket. You could easily add a few more thousand $ on for all the extras required to make it useable. On the plus side, it is almost "new".

I believe this was brought in by the Morgan Dealer (now defunct) here in Denver. Never sold, driven to a few events and has been on the market for the last 4 years. Has had none of the upgrades done to it so add another $8000 to bring it up to speck.

This car just sold on Bring a Trailer for $32,250.00 USD plus a 5% Buyer's premium. Good buy or not?

This car just sold on Bring a Trailer for $32,250.00 USD plus a 5% Buyer's premium. Good buy or not? Very iffy. It will still need upgrades to make it worthwhile and as it is out of warranty that will rack up over $8000 in time. With very few miles on it it should be a good driver for awhile. Comfort kit should be the first upgrade and you can do that at home! Everything else will follow with monotonous predictability.
What's your mileage? Who cares. Is it practical? See #1. What happens when it rains? You get wet.

The price realized on that Bring a Trailer Morgan seemed a bit high when you consider what needed to be done to update it as Michael H said. I wouldn't consider it a good buy unless it was exactly what you were looking for, or had gone for a bit less.

In my opinion a wise decision. I was offered this M3W when I was looking, great condition, but when you add the cost of the necessary upgrades it brought the price to over $40,000. Ended up getting a 2013 M3W with all upgrades, great condition and only 600 miles more on the clock for under what was original wanted on this one.
