Richard, am I right in thinking you were planning on doing a three week trip around the South Island? If so, Libby and I would be up for that.

I've been threatening to return to NZ for years, preferably over the christmas period so that I don't get too depressed by the over the top nonsense we have to put up with in this country We'll be looking forward to greeting you. Wife wants to know what size sweater you wear

I don't have an M3W (I'm afraid) but Mrs. W and I will be in the North Island in March so we'll keep our eyes open for you.

Southampton to USA New York is circa £6k return for two cars in a 40 foot container. So £3k each. It's cheaper by RORO but your car can only travel with the spare and toolkit. Friends have had problems (theft) in the past with RORO. Don't forget you will need marine insurance as well. Circa 0.5% car's value.

Hi
Sounds great, we would love to welcome you to the antipodes! Please ensure that you keep us up to date with your plans as we offer a friendly face in Auckland. There are possibly a dozen three wheelers here spread around the country The Mog club can also offer support.
The wife and I should be retired for the second time by then!
Cheers
Nigel and wendy Nigel, Wendy, Thanks for that. I will definitely be in touch. Looks like I may have company too. Richard

Hi Ric, Iām probably going to be touring North Island in Feb, March with Daughter and Granddaughter. Seeing my cousin in Auckland first, and then probably hiring a campervan to get around. Itinerary is still to be worked out. The next few weeks should have things sorted. It would be good to try and meet up somewhere with yourself and maybe some other 3 Wheeler drivers if we can work things out. š Ricardo, It would be good to meet up if possible. There may be one or two other familiar faces if plans come into fruition. Richard
