38 mm hole cutter in a long 3/8” extension bar.
Centre pop first and use cutting oil or tapping grease as it’s stainless and tough.

Successfully drilled out the front baffles, practice makes perfect as the removal of the second exhaust and drilling went like a dream. Sounds so much better, as there is no snow in the forecast and temps of 40f tomorrow, will go out on a test drive. Thanks for the help and tools to purchase.

Some say 25mm hole, some say 38mm, any thoughts?
Also do you just drill through the front baffle only?

Took her out on a 60 mile test run up and over an 11,000 ft pass, what an improvement. Firstly the noise level is about right and beautifully throaty, the pulling power is greatly improved, the engine just feels relaxed and wanting to go faster. One of the best mods I've done so far.
