Still baffled as my question hasn't been answered, guess I will just work it out myself!! Hi Bruce, As you suggested above, you need to split the exhaust at the clamp in front of the side mounts and then you can get at the front baffle with a hole cutter. Good luck!

Hi Bruce, As you suggested above, you need to split the exhaust at the clamp in front of the side mounts and then you can get at the front baffle with a hole cutter. Good luck! Correct & use some exhaust jointing paste on refitting to get a good seal & aid any future removal

...and if you don't already have a supply of holesaws/pilot bits and arbors you could consider getting one of these bad boys... they rip through stainless steel in fine style. The price per cutter looks high till you destroy a few conventional holesaws and any reserves of patience you may have!

Also, use a hammer drill. Not a standard drill. Otherwise you cant get the bit started
