32 psi does seem high Ian for the weight of a modern Plus 8 or any Morgan
If you were mostly motorway driving at speed then a higher pressure might be advantageous (mainly for tyre wear, economy, reducing heat and water dispersment in the wet) but for general driving 25 sounds much more appropriate for getting the right traction and handling

Run my Speedster at 22 psi all round. Tried higher - didn’t like the ride so much and it’s hardly as I am using the Speedster on the edge of its performance.
It would kill me whatever the tyre pressure if I tried.

Thanks again all! Graham's comment well noted re ally chassis vs. trad. It looks like a consensus on 25psi and I adjusted to that earlier today. I was going to take a run out to see how it felt but logsplitting duties prevailed - felt suitably manly in the cold winds of Cambridgeshire with an axe and chainsaw.
Kev, Thanks for the comments. These are my sort of Morgans and I would love to have kept them but that was never an option for various reasons - especially budget! I'll post a picture of the Speedster as soon as I work out how to do it however the car is still on the Morgan used car locator at Krazy Horse (marked sold). Its the blue one with white rondels etc - bit of a P4SS and ARP4 conenction in my mind. These are the sort of Morgan's I love.
Thanks again for all the useful comments. Great forum!
Ian
