Has anyone removed their front and rear bumpers and replaced with just overiders as per later models. If so what’s involved, parts and cost?

Very expensive mod. Front needs different brackets. I did this with Mr Bumble from no bumpers and although I don't remember how much it was a lot.
Find somebody who wants the reverse and you're laughing!

It will be pretty expensive! I fitted front overiders to my 2009 4/4, they were very easy to fit but cost well over £900 if I remeber correctly. The steering arm goes through the brackets on both side so you need to split the ball joints on the track rod ends. The rear maybe slightly cheaper though?

I’m Interested why you want overriders instead of a bumper
My first Morgan had front and rear full stainless bumpers, while my latest Mog has the overriders
I can’t do anything on the rear because of the 4 seater design but I would much prefer a full bumper on the front

Sounds like you two guys could be managing a nice swap with the front end anyway..

Image below shows difference between full bumper (25) and overrider (10) mounts although they attach to similar point on front chassis frame. I may also be interested in a swap as want to fit valance but retain overriders, and the simpler bumper mount tubes better accomodate such.
