- painted wires (as standard on 4/4, no option to change)

- union jack badges with "Runabout" logo on the bonnets
- no door handles?, no tread rubbers
- early ones had bumpers, later overriders only (I think)

yep yep yep ! I see it now !!

Looking at this car and scratching my head at any differences !

Berrybrook is my local dealer and I had a quick look at that car when I was last there.
The car looks really good in that colour (IMHO).

It ran for more than a year the original price was around 18995 ish and there were at least three price hikes during its production. It was a great value 44 the mistake i made was taking a second hand aero out at the same time. It was all kicking off at the factory around this time,The new plus four, the roadste r , anniversary plus 8 runout model, the Gtn and loads of Aeros in build. But the best buy undoubtedly was the Runabout.

I really love the pics, the car looks fab! Being ex RAF that colour is pretty much spot on and the misses loves blue !

I have BHM looking around for me at the mo and am going for my first spin saturday just to see how me and treacle get on in one. If the drive passes the misses test I will be itching to get something soon :-)

The Berrybrook car has a lot of upgrades (walnut dash, Motolita steering wheel and a nice Al gear knob)
Have you checked with the dealer, if the seats are leather? They look like it in their photographs.

The description in the advert does state that they are leather.

The contacts there are either the Sales Manager - Neville, or the owner Sean.
