Thanks for the photo . I have just took a copy and going to laminate it . Sick to death of the Morgan know all who comes over at the shows and tells me it has a wood chassis . Even if I point to the chassis . Now must do the same and find a good photo of a frame . Here you go   From Classic Driver: Myth-busting: Morgan chassis are made of wood, true or false?

can't you show them the painted steel & say it is the creosote on the wood?
Some would (wood? ) believe it though John!  The other one of course is the "Morgan kit car" myth Or.......... Nice restoration. ..No. It is not as old as you think: 2012. Oh it's a replica. ..No. The factory is still making them and is now over 100 years old. There is a Dealer in Milan and you can get a new one tomorrow. Walks away and you can hear him tell his wife. "Just as I thought. It is a replica."

I have these lowering blocks on my 2016 4/4 Sport, can anyone tell me if this was a standard fit at the factory in 2016?
I purchased my car at 10 months old, so I just wondered if these were an upgrade by the previous owner or not ...?

There as been a number of discussions regarding sagging springs and drive shaft touching the transmission tunnel when spirited driving. Perhaps removal of these blocks will solve many a problem.

May be better keep the blocks and therefore the balanced height of the car (if these blocks can even improve something in the respect of touching the transmission tunnel at all) but swap the sagging springs against 4 leaf 4 seater springs. I‘m happy with this solution. Drive shaft is never touching the transmission tunnel any more as it was with the original springs the case.

Drive shaft is never touching the transmission tunnel any more as it was with the original springs the case. 4/4, 4 seater springs with lowering blocks retained were the answer for me - no more sag or hitting the undercarriage. My original springs were so bad the tool tray got smashed and that was when the car was new.

Each Morgan is different as they say. My 2011 4/4 has apparently never hit the tool tray nor the rubber pad on the diff. It does however hit the the frame on the drivers side.(well it did until fitting Rogers Bump Stops) You can see the mark on the leaf spring on the general photo thread.
