4/4, 4 seater springs with lowering blocks retained were the answer for me - no more sag or hitting the undercarriage. My original springs were so bad the tool tray got smashed and that was when the car was new.

Each Morgan is different as they say. My 2011 4/4 has apparently never hit the tool tray nor the rubber pad on the diff. It does however hit the the frame on the drivers side.(well it did until fitting Rogers Bump Stops)
