Oh that's a beauty and what a monster, I can't imagine that speed on water, 45 knots was the fastest I've been and that was quite quick enough for me.
Just imagine the sound - wonderful. Funny you should mention that Rich, the most uncomfortable boat trip I ever experience was taking a power boat ( a Sealine I think) around the Isle of Wight at 45 knots. With the bows up and bouncing off the waves, it was not a pleasant experience. The subsequent sail on a Nautor Swan 43 was far more my cup of tea.
Here for a good time not a long time!!

Imagine doing the hill at Prescott in that 🤓🤪
Similar motors do run the hill  ...it makes you want to don a white overall, get some goggles on and race a 1920’s car There are some TM members with white overalls.

Similar motors do run the hill ...it makes you want to don a white overall, get some goggles on and race a 1920’s car There are some TM members with white overalls. There are! Just need to unpick the Morgan badge off the back and find an Austin one 🙄. Anyone want a large embroidered badge....only “raced” a couple of times?

Sadly, far to many early cars collect dust in museums and in private collections. I would certainly drive a 100+ year old car myself on the open road, but I am probably an exception and to young to realize how foolish it would be.
