Those with pre-2014 models (ie before the steering modifications) found that the Empire Kit made a significant difference. The benefit to more recent vehicles might only be marginal.

I have set my Empire Kit car up with 1 degree of negative camber, 7 degrees of caster and zero degrees steering toe. The ride height is set so the steering arms are horizontal giving 6" at the front of the tub to the ground and 7.5" (unladen) at the tip of the rear, that reduces to 6" when two up with some luggage. I have ATR adjustable shock absorbers and springs all round and it all rides quite well, for a M3W.

As per planenut, but ride height is 100mm at the front of the body to the ground and 110mm at the rear measured in line with the roll hoops. Unladen.
I have not had any issues with it grounding.

Wow, that's pretty low. How does it affect your handling?

I can tell you why my cars ride height has ended up where it is. I have ATR adjustable shock absorbers and springs. The front height is set to get the track rods horizontal. Although my car is a 2013 one it has the later (post 2014) front uprights with the raised steering arm position, so the front ends up at about 6" The rear shock absorber lower spring seat on the LH shock comes close to the drive belt, it's adjustment is set to have a small clearance. With this spring seat position the ride at the rear comes out at about 7.5". Much of my driving is done with a passenger and then it all runs fairly level, the front hardly moving. I prefer the extra ground clearance the ATR's give for touring, you don't ground out on humps and kerbs.
I think Dab of oppo is running the Spax shocks that do allow for a lower ride height. He may also be running the original front uprights with lower steering arm position and no "comfort kit". The track rods will be about horizontal with that set up when the ride height is 4". The rear Spax have the adjustment to run equally low and the standard non adjustable ones tend to sag over time down to about that ride height.

For anyone wanting an Empire kit to enable them to play around with the front settings on the M3W, they are still made by Empire Racing but now being sold exclusively by Krazy Horse, (at considerably more than they were when available direct from Empire).

PaulJ, hi. There is a French dealer who has a different version of the Empire kit. It has been made with an unequal top wishbone.
It was posted here some months ago by a French pilot.
I can`t remember who posted it. John.
