Around the 4th 3.7 we have been aware of running short of road on here during the last couple of years.
In the interests of fairness & equality, it's only a proportion of Morgans that have appeared on here in crashes of course. The factory had a crash with an Aero not long ago, there have been a smattering of ARP4 along with a few M3W's and an Aero chassied +8. Even calum suffered in his three wheeler. There was also the video of the trad pulling across the dual carriageway and getting shafted by the Peugeot. But it's easier to be a keyboard expert, though.. I was keeping it on topic.

Maybe, but you're reinforcing the negative bias against the model by always highlighting things like crashes.
The model ISN'T any more 'dangerous' than any other model of Morgan and that was my point. Whether anyone feels the car isn't for them is subjective, and I can live with that, but to keep saying how many crashed one's appear on here is spreading bias, and I don't think that's fair.
I apologise for that last line, though. I was cross. And anyway, you were ignoring me..

It's very rare for a car to be dangerous, but common for a driver to be dangerous.im often amazed how many people on TM talk about tires , suspension, bhp most of Witch is on public roads. I'm not a prude or a slow driver. Have competed in speed events for over twenty years...but there is a time and place.
.+8 Now gone for a 1800 4/4. Duratec in bright yellow.

This is the type of common "discussion" we used to have when I had my Motorbike. 1000cc Sports bike riders were always getting stick for having a powerful bike. As with anything motorised...the throttle/accelerator operates in two directions...
Honesty means doing it right, even when no one is looking!

Any powerful machine will bite you in the arse if not treated with respect.
I would buy a roadster tomorrow if I could get it past management.

Just like the Plus 8 you have to show some respect with the stop and go pedals or they will catch you out, you have to experience a few tail out moments to learn this though. If they sounded like a Plus 8 I wouldn't hesitate in owning one, I tried a 3.0l Roadster but didn't like it so went back to the 3.9l Plus 8 at 190bhp it has enough power to thrill.

That picture still hurts to look at Craig - he must have been pretty sick. Around the 4th 3.7 we have been aware of running short of road on here during the last couple of years. Yes still very sad It’s the drooping headlight that makes me feel so sorry for it I haven't a clue what the colour of that car is but it's very smooth.

So guys, what's the problem? My goodness. What is the nonsense to fixate now on a model so convulsively. We all have to be careful, no matter which model. You can mess up with a 4/4 or any other model if you're not careful. Everyone who has a 3.7 Roadster should have fun with it. Everything else doesn't belong here. Everybody has his own responsibility and everybody wants maximum fun. Let's be happy that there are cars like the 3.7 Roadster!

I don't think anyone has Heinz I merely pointed out in my post in the context of the thread that there have been 4 of these models that have run out of road on here during the last 2 years.
Facts don't lie or speculate.
Now I'm quite sure that at least twice that number of 4/4's have probably suffered a similar fate, it's just that the thread started with the 3.7. Like any Morgan they are all to be enjoyed but with caution as many younger drivers will never have had the benefit of learning to drive with a live rear axle.

The 3.7 is a beast. I have driven one and was surprised, how much more powerful it is, compared to my S2 Roadster. My first thought was, how dangerous it might be, if somebody not experienced with a Morgan, buys such a car.
