Isn´t it only held position with one O-ring like other horn buttons?

Lever it out gently with a flat blade screwdriver. Is this the same with all horn pushes ? I need to remove mine as it’s a little temperamental

Use a plastic trim tool less likely to damage anything.

Something plastic and sharp edged.
Sometimes they come out just by rocking and fingernails....

If you took out the horn botton I would file a notch in the edge of the horn button or in the steering. Then it's easier to lever the button out next time and to avoid scratches.
