So for the shake down. Twice, right after I started it up after sitting, it ran for a few seconds like either it was flooding, or starving, and then gave it gas and off we went.... that is weird.
The check engine light would come on and off, usually if I down shifted it went off. Just sporadic. Oil level was fine. Check a spark plug this AM and it looks good. Battery was about 14.5v while driving.
Other thing. Oil temp usually ran 210-220f. I ran into some stop and go and it got over 240 and that is with a cooler AND cooler fan

Rodger, what are those two black thingys that you’ve placed below your Brooklands screens? Would you please post a close-up picture of the mounting system?

Looks like the original windscreens cut down and tinted.

yeah they are really short tinted windshields that came with it. I then just put a brooklands in front of the driver side

I then just put a brooklands in front of the driver side Another good idea prototyped - do they work? or do they simply scoop the air that's coming in underneath the Brooklands screen into the driver's face? Brooklands screens do look fabulous

Brooklands screens do look fabulous They look like the wind deflectors that are fitted to Australian models instead of a windscreen.

Brooklands screens do look fabulous They original displaced SOME of the wind coming at me (I do wear a full face helmet) but the brookland really takes away the wind. all in all, went about 450 miles up and back
