All the best from Germany for the new owners, Sarah, Keith and Brett and, of course, all the best for Rick as well!

Do I understand correctly that Rick Bourne has sold Brands Hatch Morgans? If so, who are the 'new' owners? I haven't dealt with BH since I moved from Kent, at that time Rick had a Partner in the business.

Yes, you do. Sarah Hutton, Keith Jackson and Brett Syndercombe. They worked with Rick many years.

Thanks Roderich for bringing me up to date. I used to deal mainly with Rick's 'Ex' at the 'old' Brands Hatch facility and the names you mentioned I don't recognize. Anyway, I will certainly 'drop by' in September as I will be travelling the M25 Southbound on my way to Pompey.

If it is a 'Management Buy - Out' they have my Best Wishes for the future and my support where possible.

Hi all
Am just in the throws of ordering our first Morgan (and first new car, first 2 seater, first sports car etc. etc.).
Made one call to a London dealer about some technical stuff, to get the response 'well, will you be buying a car from me?' and one to Brands Hatch Morgans who could not have been more helpful.
They've indulged every single one of our requests to try out different cars, hood up, hood down, cruising speed, whatever, and have always been able to provide accurate and considered answers to all the questions so far. Full marks to date for pre-customer service, enthusiasm and knowledge. I make a living based on customer service, so am not easy to impress but so far, wow!

Congratulations Paul, that's great news. I have never used BHM, apart from some spares in the dim and distant past, but I have always heard very positive reports about them. smile

Have you decided what model you are going to order, what colour/spec, and when is delivery planned. I am sure you will be thrilled with it when you get it, especially as you have started off with such a positive experience. cheers

Aeroman thumbs

Yup - have just de-lurked in the main 'traditional' section (for it will be as such), along with a rambling justification of the choice (+4, green/burgundy with stainless wheels, bumpers & rack - 'working' car - delivery late August).

You'll be pleased to know their enthusiasm doesn't end once you've taken delivery either.

Great guys as BHM they deserve to do well.
