Like the car and colour in particular. However, I am not keen on the wheels, they look "too small" or in a style that does not really fit the car. Good luck with her though

Howard, looks great, congratulations! Wishing you happy safe miles. I like blue, so that is a good choice, gives it a bit of class. What is the color of the upholstery? Cheers, Bert

Lovely Howard, the TDF blue does make a change from Resale Red. I would be interested how you feel it differs from the 430? The Memsahib and I were in Italy last week and the owner of the hotel had a 430 F1 in a glass garage within the hotel, other than that he was a nice chap. I hope you have many happy miles in it.
Here for a good time not a long time!! Reg

Congrats Howard, that is a nice find! I love the colour and the fact that she is from 2003 with less digital stuff and with so low milage. Very nice indeed. Many happy miles!

Very nice Howard. We had at least one competing at Prescott today Sorry to read in the other thread that it will have to sit in the garage for a few weeks though.

How does it differ? Not a lot TBH. The 430 and 360 have essentially the same body and structure. The huge majority of 430 have the F1 gearbox ie flappy paddles, and whilst I quite like them I prefer the manual which in a 430 is a silly price and not that good. The 430 has a different engine, one initially designed for Maserati and found in both Maserati and the Alfa 8 as well as the 458 and early Californis. The 360 engine has a lineage going back to a Ferrari F1 engine.. The 430 is a bit better finished inside and has such electronics as engine modes with a switch on the wheel.. Again something I didnt want. It also has bigger diameter wheels.

I hope you enjoy your car and it sounds like you have found all you were looking for which is great. Also the low mileage means you can enjoy the car. Good choice.

That looks good Howard. I would imagine the last of the "not electronic" models will gain more in the long term as well given the purist loyalty. Sorry to hear about the glitch, I am certain you will pass the time well with various cleaning and fettling products.
Nice trim bush as well.
Everyone loves a Morgan. Even me, unless it's broken again.
