If you live in Malvern then Morgan might fix things in a timely manner. They might actually respond since you might have the same Postman.
All it takes is one look at their web site and you notice there is no contact available, mail, email or phone. We here in the colonies expect a Customer Service Department, and especially one that responds.

Hi Nick, is your new 3 wheeler a Pembleton? I hope you will let the Forum know how you get on.

I'm a bit jealous @Bwana Kidogo that your M3W struggle is over as mine nears it's likely end after 20 months and only ~300 miles; I just may keep it though... might. I do feel that some of the best M3Ws to buy are used ones where the previous owners have spent all of their efforts to make it better than Morgan built it. I know that many of my recent parts were not sourced from Morgan (poor OEM quality) or that their part was reworked for improvement after Morgan achieved their mediocre engineering standards.
There are almost no real available alternatives for the thing we've all been drawn to; a V twin, 3 wheel, vintage looking fun machine. It's my opinion that this is what Morgan is relying on, along with their customers just accepting their low standards and service.
If you've gone with a Pembleton, to keep your 3-wheel itch scratched, it looks like a completely proper trike to me and a great, available, M3W alternative. There is no getting around the difference of its front drive, versus the rear drive of a Morgan, but the M3W's rear wheel is not driven all that reliably; in reality the M3W is too often 'no wheel drive'.
I personally want to thank @kankeL for posting that ACE#10 was for sale. It was my M3W ownership experiences that brought me to Talk Morgan and @kankeL that brought me to my treasured ACE#10. Even thought it's been a trying 3-wheeler year, #10 is the shining bright spot that has got me through.
Reminds me of an old boating saying, "the two happiest days for an M3W owner are the day it's delivered and the day it's sold!"

As the French philosopher Victor Cousin said:
"Man is constantly trained to follow passion at the expense of reason" (L'homme sans cesse est entraîné à suivre la passion aux dépens de la raison)
This is the case when you buy a Morgan !

This is the case when you buy a Morgan ! This is worth remembering.

When you buy a Morgan you are buying a project. If you want no projects buy a Toyota.
