Will the ECU adjust automatically to the lack of the cats?

I think this has been covered in some earlier threads. Most ECU's are fixed with the ability to compensate for a certain amount of variability. So, for example driving from sea level to Denver (mile high). From what people have said, the ECU can compensate for most stage 1 changes. I do not see an oxygen sensor post cat,, so that should not change things much (taking them out).
On My '05 Road King even a stage one filter had HD wanting you to remap the computer (at an additional $$). After all, "HD" stands for "hundred dollars".

I know that the ecu will accommodate the changes of intake filter and exhaust pipe but I was just curious about the cat delete. The G56 ecu is unlocked so I bet it can do just about any mod you desire, but the OEM ecu was my question.
We don’t have pollution checks where I live so not particularly worried.
Just want the machine running coolly and smoothly.

The Aero Stage 1 is made by S&S isn’ It? If so does it utilize the Stinger inside it directing air into the Venturi?

Hi Lightspeed, The Morgan Aero Racing Stage 1 uses a S&S Stealth air filter. A picture of the stinger design is included below. Don’t know who makes the Morgan Aero Racing exhaust pipes. Previously you wanted to know part numbers of the included elements. Last picture.

Well, because of warranty liability and the similarities between the two I just ordered the Aero Racing Stage 1. We will see :-)
