I also miss this useful feature & 'My stuff" so how can I find my previous posts? I can find my previous private messages by clicking on my ID top right. Both features that I hope can be added back in soon on a future update.
Click on your user name at top right, and your previous posts can be accessed by clicking on the speech bubble just below your name on the left. I never used the Index feature so cn't comment.

Thanks Tim; this was what I was going to point out. The biggest "missing feature" for me is the INDEX button that was always in the last post of the threads. I sure hope that this convenient feature wasn't dropped as an intentional change. Edwin, I believe the 'Hop to' option below the last post serves the same purpose?

There seems to be a lot of people who have an initial instead of an avatar. Could this be something to do with where they are hosting their avatar or did they not have one and the new software is giving them an initial? Second part Bob; the site now assigns an initial if the user has not chosen an avatar. Thank you for clearing that up as well as the recovery speed. Well done.

Other than the above. for yourself or anyone else, you can click on the name in the "Who's on line now" box, on the name or avatar next to any post, or the name in the user list. This will bring up the user profile and the number of posts. Click on the number and it will bring up the list of the user's posts.
Finally, in the User list the number in the Posts column is also a link to the list of a user's posts.
