Just reviving this thread in the hope someone may have one Saturday ticket they can't use. I have purchased one ticket on Twickets (the Goodwood approved reselling site) so now down to needing just one more. The problem with Twickets is that the tickets are mostly sold in twos and threes and one has to purchase all of them which would be an expensive way of getting just one ticket.

Anyway PM me if you find yourself embarrassed by a Saturday ticket you can't use. Cheers for now.

Are you still monitoring Pistonheads Kerry? There was one on there yesterday and another one has appeared this morning.

Ian thanks and no, instead I've been concentrating on Twickets which is the approved Goodwood re-selling site. They come up regularly but only once have I managed to beat everyone else i.e. as soon as the alert comes up one has about a nanosecond to click on "buy" before it is gone. Probably a disadvantage not being in the UK. And occasionally I have to leave the computer So I am now down to needing just one ticket for Saturday. However at your suggestion I will try pistonheads again. Cheers and thanks for the support. Kerry

Neilda thanks and that's extraordinarily generous and of course I would have snapped it up. However last night about 10 pm CET a couple of single Saturday tickets popped up on Twickets and my Morgan owning Goodwood going mate snaffled one So we are now sorted for both Saturday and Sunday. Phew.

You will have no trouble selling your ticket on Twickets as they go like scalded cats from that hot tin roof - or some other mixed metaphor.

Also thanks to Paul, Ian and others who offered help. Gives one a warm feeling about being on this forum. Richard and I will try and catch up for a beer sometime over the Goodwood weekend and if TM is organising a group beer then I will be there. I'm usually at Madgwick or crawling over the aeroplanes. Actually my group coming over from Vienna is made up of 4 Morgan owning blokes, two of us with wives who will be there on the Sunday plus I have a mate and his partner coming all the way from Australia. So we are quite a crowd and we have a table booked at the Apple and Cart in Chichester on the Saturday night. Just listen for the noisy aussies and it's ok to mention the cricket. Well, as things stand this evening.
