I've done a lot of searching without luck, is it safe to say that no one makes a titanium exhaust for the M3W?

I would ask Morgan , the prices they charge it could be ....

Well, there is this possibility:



You will notice that Morgan cannot well thing on straightly. The passenger side (right side) pipe sits out at an angle and not straight back like the drivers side.

Morgan was notified when I spotted this upon taking delivery and as yet no word from MMC about what, if anything, they plan on doing. I would be glad to send them the offending pipe if they send a replacement so the vehicle is not stuck in a garage waiting for snow in hell.

My dealer left Morgan between my order and my delivery, yet he notified Morgan about this and another issue and since Pete Larson is not a dealer anymore I suspect Morgan is blowing off all his clients.

Such a shame....

Yeah, big business vs the hobbyists. The new owners of MMC have kept a pretty low profile, probably waiting to see what kind of mess they actually purchased.

Yep, the rubbish product standards need to change. It’s still going on and the new owners need to act for the long term benefit of the marquee.

Believe me, the thought occurred to me but finding a decent stainless steel fabricator here is not easy. I tried what was supposed to be the best in the County to do some slip fitting elimination and clamp elimination and straightening of the weird piping that Milltek supplied for my Mini Cooper S the results were frustrating to say the least.

As you can imagine I am not about to turn the keys of the M3W over to just anyone.

I like the sound of your MagnaFlow setup but you don’t live anywhere near here😊, sadly.

Lightspeed - have you loosened the clamp fitting (after the cat) and tried to rotate the exhaust pipe slightly?

Pete Larson (the Dealer) and I looked at it and we both agreed that the muffler is in the correct position but the stinger on that muffler is at an angle. It the pipe is rotated then the slash tips would be pointing up or down.

So to answer your question, no, I have not tried to rotate the pipe after the cat, by loosening the three clamps that hold the muffler to the body and the muffler pipe to the head pipe containing the cat. I will look at it again but I have my doubts.

After really looking closely at this machine I am hesitant to order a new replacement, or an AR Stage 1 kit for fear it might be as equally poorly manufactured.
