Having discussed this weighty topic with the v tolerant Lady HB at some length (and I have reluctantly sacrificed Kraftwerk and Klaus Schulze ), we (that is we), have decided on a single album each.
One is Ultra by Depeche Mode.
The other is Violator by Depeche Mode.
Unable to indicate who chose which one 😇
But we are right and everyone else, I’m afraid to say, is not.

It is an impossible choice but if forced to go solo on to that desert island then Greatest Hits, Simon and Garfunkel. If fate allows, as we hope it will, it's the lovely G and me together watching the sun set beyond the coral reef, then Kiri Te Kanawa Songs of the Auvergne. Listen and weep.
