If scooping air at the bottom for added air at speed is a good thing then why not make a scoop that goes all the way around? Is it just aesthetics?

Lightspeed, the scoop is placed under the filter to prevent water from entering the filter.

I have the impression that the MTW works better with this new device, it seems that accelerations are more flexible and vigorous ...

Light speed,
BFR Exhaust, the craftsman working on my car, advises against forcing too much air into the engine, so a scoop of small size like High Noon and mine are enough
